The Lookout House sits to the side of the Main House and has one bedroom and one bath and looks over the open sea.

This house has a large outdoor kitchen with a clay fire side, perfect for making those delicious Trini foods. Access to this property can be made from its own private sixty-foot jetty or from the Garparee Caves side. There is a gazebo to the end of the jetty and a gorgeous saltwater pool with its own pool side shower on the compound.
